• At least 3 years’ experience in automotive sales, preferably in pre-owned or used vehicles
• Ability to source and generate new customers proactively
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills
• Customer-focused, professional approach with strong presentation skills
• Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales process for pre-owned vehicles, from enquiry to handover
• Actively prospect for new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Conduct valuations, handle trade-ins, and structure deals to close sales
• Perform vehicle demonstrations and ensure all sales documentation is accurate
• Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with showroom presentation and stock management
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up after vehicle delivery
