This role focuses on owning and guiding products from concept through to delivery while aligning business goals customer needs and delivery outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with technical business and experience teams to ensure product direction remains clear prioritised and outcome driven.
You will play a key role in defining value managing delivery flow and ensuring solutions meet both strategic and operational expectations.
The position offers involvement across the full product journey with the ability to influence direction performance and long term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage product vision road maps and delivery priorities
Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
Own and maintain the product backlog ensuring clarity sizing and priority
Participate in delivery ceremonies and support successful sprint outcomes
Collaborate with analysis and design teams to shape user journeys and prototypes
Ensure readiness across marketing operations compliance and support before release
Monitor product performance customer feedback and usage trends
Drive improvement initiatives to address gaps risks and delivery challenges

Job Experience and Skills Required:

A relevant qualification in technology information systems or a related field
Agile or delivery related certification is required
Certified Product Owner accreditation is essential
At least two years experience in a product ownership or advisory role
Five or more years experience within business analysis product delivery or technical support roles
Proven experience managing delivery priorities operational work and product planning
Experience working across Agile delivery environments is required
Strong stakeholder engagement facilitation and communication ability
Solid understanding of end to end product management practices
Experience defining minimum viable solutions and managing multiple features
Strong planning prioritisation and decision making capability
Ability to analyse performance trends and guide outcome focused decisions
