Job Description
- Lead renewable energy projects from design through implementation
- Establish and implement departmental workflows, budgets, and resource planning
- Develop and maintain SOPs and Quality Policies aligned to ISO 9001 standards
- Build and manage a multidisciplinary team (electrical engineers, permit coordinators, data engineers)
- Drive recruitment processes and team performance management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in leading renewable energy or electrical engineering projects
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and resource planning capabilities
- Experience building and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in electrical/renewable energy projects

Qualification:
- BEng or BSc in Electrical Engineering
- PR Eng registration (ECSA)
