  • Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested against business needs.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Proven experience in business analysis and project management, preferably within software development or FinTech environments (4+ years).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and specification writing.
• Experience with project planning, estimation, and resource management tools and techniques.
• Hands-on experience working with development teams, understanding technical constraints and trade-offs.
• Familiarity with testing processes, including creating test cases and supporting quality assurance efforts.
• Knowledge of deployment and release management best practices.
