Job Description
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, travel consulting, or reservations (DMC or luxury safari experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of itinerary design, costing, and safari logistics
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and manage different agent portfolios when covering colleagues
- Experience with booking systems, CRM, and quality monitoring tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an agent-first mindset
- Reliability & Accountability – consistently delivers to high standards and ensures service

Candidate Responsibilities:
- Step in to manage agent requests during consultant leave or peak periods, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Handle itinerary amendments, costings, and updates accurately within agreed turnaround times
- Follow established booking procedures for properties, vehicles, and activities
- Assist with quality assessments of sales files and communication to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
- Support the rollout of new systems, processes, and tools within the Sales team
- Collaborate with managers and peers to identify improvements and share best practices
- Offer team support during busy periods and contribute ideas that enhance sales processes and the overall agent experience
