About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a Full Stack Ruby Developer to join their team, responsible for building and maintaining clean, reliable, scalable code in Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CTO and product team to shape their technology as they continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain clean, reliable, scalable code in Ruby on Rails
- Manage and improve AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, Ubuntu, Nginx, Redis, Aurora Postgres)
- Enhance deployment workflows and operational systems following DevOps principles
- Contribute to the mobile app using React Native (an advantage, not a must)
- Diagnose performance issues, bottlenecks, and bugs — and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ship new features
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and key libraries (Devise, Omniauth, RSpec)
- Solid AWS experience across common services
- Frontend experience (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and frameworks (React/React Native)
- Understanding of scalable application architecture
- Ability to implement automated testing and unit tests
