Job Summary

Minimum

Requirements:

– At least 2-years office administration experience or relevant role.
– Tertiary education compulsory
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office
– Excellent organizational / multitasking and Time Management skills
– Have good verbal (English& Afrikaans) and written communication skills.
– Be able to work under pressure.
– Highly detail orientated.
– Dedicated, Reliable & Trustworthy

Tasks:

  • Support for Sales Teams and their Daily requirements.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails/ letters/ office deliveries/ packages etc.
  • Co-ordination of team meetings and all information required for the purpose
  • Consolidate daily feedback required from all team members and submit completed Checklists timeously.
  • Managing teams Travel arrangements.
  • Team claims, leave forms and personal files updates to be done weekly.
  • Assistance with trade shows, store visits and promotional events (as and when required only)
  • Operating of the Cape town Office & factory Shop.
