Western Cape: Senior Financial Manager (SAIPA) posted by Communicate Finance

Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in line with IFRS
Manage tax planning, compliance, and submissions for multiple entities
Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors
Provide strategic financial advice and support to clients
Mentor and guide junior accountants and trainees
 
Skills & Experience:
Advanced knowledge of IFRS, tax legislation, and compliance
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
High-level proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Xero, Pastel)
Minimum 6+ years post-articles experience in a senior or supervisory role
 
Qualification:
Completed SAIPA Articles.
Registered Professional Accountant (SA).
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Honours advantageous).
