About the Role
The Senior Utilities Analyst role at Network Finance offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-established property owner and operator across commercial, retail, and residential assets. As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate utility consumption tracking, billing validation, and cost recovery across the portfolio, providing meaningful input into budgeting, forecasting, and strategic utility optimisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse utility consumption, costs, and billing to ensure accurate allocation and recovery across tenants.
- Validate municipal and tenant invoices in line with approved billing methodologies and recovery ratios.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track utility performance and identify anomalies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing cost management for utilities across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with tenants, municipalities, service providers, and internal teams to resolve utility-related queries.
- Identify and implement process improvements, technology solutions, and energy efficiency initiatives.
