About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Tax Accountant to join our team at Communicate Finance in Cape Town. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations and managing various tax-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tax compliance reports
- Perform provisional tax calculations
- Submit EMP201 and PAYE returns to SARS
- Calculate dividend tax and withholding tax
- Provide tax notes for annual financial statements
- Process Vat submissions
- Collect and reconcile various reports for the team
- Reconcile the Vat account
Requirements
- Proficiency in South African tax legislation
- Experience with eFiling systems
- Knowledge of SARS audits and verifications
Qualifications
- Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation
