Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical financial and compliance expertise in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support audit and SOX compliance processes.
- Oversee and guide team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen governance and risk management practices.
- Monitor, review, and report on financial controls and processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and corporate governance frameworks.
Requirements
- SAICA registration is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related role.
- Minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level or within a specialist functional area.
- Minimum of 4 years SOX-related experience.
Qualifications
- NQF 7 qualification (Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma) in a relevant field.
