We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Candidate Revit Draughtsperson to join our client’s team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality wet and mechanical services draughting work using Revit and CAD software. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who is committed to excellence and can work effectively within a team to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Devote full attention and skill to assigned tasks and projects.
• Perform wet/mechanical services draughting work, utilizing Revit and CAD software.
• Conduct wet/mechanical services design work, ensuring adherence to high standards and industry best practices.
• Attend and actively participate in site, coordination, design, and project meetings.
• Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Liaise with relevant supply authorities and other consultants to coordinate project details and resolve any issues.
• Prepare and provide necessary information and reports related to project performance and progress.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and trade connections to enhance the company’s reputation and business interests.
• Promote and support the business objectives of the company.
• Coordinate projects internally, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in wet/mechanical services draughting.
• Proficiency in Revit and CAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel both locally and internationally.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
