About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our high-performance private hospital environment as a Theatre Scrub Nurse. This role offers a clear growth path into management and provides hands-on exposure to clinical leadership & decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care
- Drive theatre efficiency & clinical excellence
- Manage stock, instruments & aseptic protocols
- Ensure compliance, risk management & accurate documentation
- Collaborate with doctors to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with active SANC registration
- ±5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong Theatre Anaesthetic exposure
- A mindset geared for leadership, not just tasks
