About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to lead our luxury hospitality property’s spa and wellness offering in Franschhoek. As a senior leadership position, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, performance, and guest experience of our spa and wellness program, driving revenue growth and brand distinction while ensuring wellness is fully integrated into the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the vision for the spa and wellness offering, ensuring integration into the overall guest journey.
- Oversee budgets, monitor profitability, and achieve revenue targets through effective cost control and performance management.
- Introduce new wellness concepts, retreats, and marketing initiatives aligned with global trends to drive revenue and brand differentiation.
- Enhance satisfaction and loyalty by maximising treatment occupancy, retail sales, and participation in wellness programmes.
- Lead, mentor, and retain a motivated team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Spa or wellness qualification (minimum two years)
- At least seven years leadership experience in luxury spa or wellness environments
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing commercial performance
- Multi-property or resort management experience is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of international wellness trends and guest expectations
