Job Summary
Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join a reputable healthcare facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while utilising your clinical technology skills to assist with various medical procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with medical procedures and effectively operate clinical equipment.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any significant changes promptly.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coherent and comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing qualification with registration from the relevant nursing council.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse and/or Clinical Technologist is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and the operation of medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to ensure quality patient care.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training
