Job Description

Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join a reputable healthcare facility.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while utilising your clinical technology skills to assist with various medical procedures.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Assist with medical procedures and effectively operate clinical equipment.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any significant changes promptly.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coherent and comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Valid nursing qualification with registration from the relevant nursing council.
Experience as a Registered Nurse and/or Clinical Technologist is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and the operation of medical equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to ensure quality patient care.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training
