Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join a reputable healthcare facility.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while utilising your clinical technology skills to assist with various medical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Assist with medical procedures and effectively operate clinical equipment.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any significant changes promptly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coherent and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing qualification with registration from the relevant nursing council.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse and/or Clinical Technologist is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and the operation of medical equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to ensure quality patient care.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training
