Job Summary
Shift List Shift rostering is the key to ensuring each shift list is adequately staffed and is the most important factor in good customer service. To ensure that the shift lists for the cashiers, takeaway waiters and parlour workers are compiled and communicated weekly for the following week. To ensure that the shift lists are done every Friday by the end of day. Shift lists to be sent to GM and manager responsible for the wage prediction role. To ensure that each shift adequately shifted. Ensure that adjustments are made according to changes in the pace of the restaurant i.e bookings, functions etc. Responsible for cleanliness of the FOH A clean restaurant determines the value we hold over our workplace and offers the best possible experience for our clientele.
