Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Develop and implement effective operational strategies, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality control. Team Leadership: Build, lead and manage a workshop team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-performance teams. Project Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion, adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through clear, concise, and effective communication. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, leveraging diverse skills and expertise.
Requirements:
Education: Engineering related qualification. Experience: 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar appointment. Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Licenses/Certifications: Possession of a Code B license.
