Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Product Owner for one of our clients, to lead their digital product commercialization initiatives and drive the success of their campaigns and products. You will be responsible for: Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Developing and implementing content strategies aligned with business goals, oversee content creation, distribution, and performance analysis. Applying UX design principles and conduct user research to enhance website and app interfaces for improved user satisfaction and conversion rates. Utilizing analytics tools to track campaign performance, user behavior, and conversions, translating insights into actionable strategies. Managing CRM software to enhance customer relationships, personalize communications, and analyze engagement data. Overseeing content creation, scheduling, and analytics across key social media platforms. Stay updated on trends and optimize performance. Experience with paid campaigns and influencer partnerships is a plus. Implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve website ranking, drive organic traffic, and manage paid search campaigns. Leading digital marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, aligning digital strategies with the overall brand vision. Qualifications Matric (Required) BCom in Marketing or a related qualification Certification in Digital Marketing Skills Must have 5 years of experience in digital marketing Must have 3 years of experience in social media and content management 3 years of P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibility Must have experience in data analysis and analytics Must have solid knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Must be Proficient in managing website content through CMS platforms.
