Responsibilities:

Technical Identify, report, and rectify technical concerns on assigned production equipment (machines, moulds, etc.) Understand product quality, processes (material feeding, drying, injection moulding, reheat stretch blow moulding, injection blow moulding), equipment, mould installation, technical principles, and drawings. Conduct fault analysis and problem-solving for product quality, mould, and machine issues (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric). Report other equipment problems to Maintenance & Production Managers. Maintenance Develop and follow maintenance plans and checklists. Ensure maintenance is done by yourself or service suppliers and document it. Identify required spares for assigned equipment during maintenance checks. Machine Setting Optimize production processes, machine performance, and cycle time. Adjust and document process settings. Management Coordinate with Maintenance & Production Managers on machine availability and maintenance tasks. Maintain relationships with internal and external staff. Strive for improvement and make suggestions. Administration Log performed jobs and analyze the Defect Register. Contact external suppliers for problem-solving. Manage spares inventory and assist with ordering. Plan and budget for maintenance. Health & Safety Ensure health and safety standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and report hazards or incidents. Quality Apply the companys quality principles and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) Follow food safety standards, report hazards, and comply with GMPs in relation to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS). Self-Development, Growth, and Training Assess strengths and development areas, address weaknesses, and stay updated with technical improvements. Maintain teamwork, self-management, leadership, interpersonal relationships, and product and service quality.
