Job Summary
Location: Limpopo, South Africa
The HRD Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources Development function within a mining operation in Limpopo. This includes employee training and development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and overall HR strategy implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regard HRD processes
- Ensure development, drive and implementation of relevant and appropriate HRD systems and procedure
- Ensure SHE compliance
- Ensure compliance with the NQF standards
- Ensure appropriate project management processes are adhered to
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant HR / HRD or NQF 6 EDTP Qualification
- Registered Assessor and Moderator with the relevant SETA
- 7 years post qualification experience
- Two years of management experience / HRD Coordinator
