Job Summary
Are you a hands-on, results-driven professional with a strong operations background? Our client, a trusted name in the roofing and construction industry, is looking for a reliable and organized Operations Manager to join their dynamic team in Kimberley.

Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years proven experience in an operations and managerial role
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office
- Must be fully competent in Pastel Accounting software
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Duties and responsibilities:
- Procurement control
- Inventory control
- Revenue and Debtors control
- Creditors and payment cycle
Skills required:
- Quality control and compliance
- Supply chain and logistics management
- Technical skills (Microsoft Office, Pastel, Data Analysis, Budgeting and Cost control, and Health and Safety regulations)
- Leadership and management skills
- Conflict resolution
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Time management
- Adaptability
- Accountability and integrity
Remuneration:
R 15 000 – R 17 500 basic, depending on experience + Performance bonus
Work hours:
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
