Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
• Executing functional and automated tests.
• Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the business stakeholders.
• Tracking and reporting on defects.
• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
• Participating in design reviews and providing in-put on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
• Test in different environments including web, Mobile App and windows-based applications.

Mandatory and Technical Skills:

• Understanding of fundamental software testing concepts, including test case design, test execution, regression testing, and test reporting.
• Familiarity with different types of testing such as functional, usability, performance, and security testing.
• Proficiency in using defect tracking tools to report and manage software defects.
• Ability to document defects with clear and detailed information, including steps to reproduce and expected vs. actual results.
• Ability to create clear and concise test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Experience in maintaining and updating test documentation as software changes are introduced.
• Hands-on experience in executing manual test cases across different platforms (web, mobile, desktop) to validate software functionality and behaviour.
• Entry-level programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript to create simple automated test scripts.
• Ability to understand and modify existing automation scripts.
• Ability to analyse software behavior, identify potential defects, and troubleshoot issues.
• Understanding fundamental testing concepts, principles, and methodologies such as black-box testing, white-box testing, functional testing, regression testing, and usability testing.
• Functional and Automation testing.
• Strong analytical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment environments and cross-functional team structures.
• Experience in Git or other source code management systems.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 Years’ experience in Automation/Manual Testing.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing concepts
• Experience with tool stack TFS, JIRA, Test Rail and Confluence
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, such as black-box testing, white-box testing, and regression testing.
• Experience with testing in different environments, including web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Package & Remuneration:
Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, applicable industry experience, and previous earnings.
