Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets via Zoho Desk
- Troubleshoot common issues (well train you on Zoho specifics)
- Communicate with clients in a warm, professional tone
- Escalate more complex problems to our technical team
- Manage our support eco system; create articles, expand help resources
- Spot patterns or recurring issues and suggest improvements
Requirements
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

South African applicant only

Proven experience working on systems (CRM, HRIS, or other cloud-based platforms)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (we will test you)

Reliable, self-managed, and available during standard business hours
-
Detail-oriented and process-minded this role requires focus and follow-through
Bonus Points for:

Experience using Zoho or similiar system
-
Previous customer support or helpdesk experience
-
Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes
