Job Summary
SUMMARY
Responsible for facilitating and organizing training opportunities for staff in the company group. Responsible for identifying training needs and developing programs to address it. Responsible for the arranging and documentation of mandatory safety training for key staff members in each department. This position will focus more on back-of-house positions. The successful applicant should have strong a strong administrative skillset.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
- Grade 12
- Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, or
- Education and training, or
- Hospitality
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same or similar position within the hospitality industry
- Must have been in a head of department position previously
- Strong communication and administration skills
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and delivery tools
- Opera experience advantageous
