The Role: Marketing Manager This is a high-impact role for a creative and strategic marketing professional ready to shape and scale the company’s brand voice. You will work directly with the founders and creative directors to build an audience, sharpen brand positioning, and generate high-value creative opportunities through standout marketing and digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities Build and execute a results-driven marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives Define, evolve, and amplify the company’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Write and schedule engaging content, including captions, bios, blogs, newsletters, and press releases Curate and update the company website and showreels to reflect new work and positioning Cultivate online and offline relationships with agencies, clients, creatives, and collaborators Analyse content performance and pivot strategies based on analytics to generate quality leads Identify PR opportunities, pitch to the press, and support promotional events and screenings About You 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the creative industries (film, media, photography, production, design) Strong copywriting skills and the ability to craft a compelling brand story Culturally fluent, creatively curious, and passionate about visual storytelling Experienced with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer/Later, and Google Analytics or eager to learn Independent, organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments Bonus: Knowledge of the UK creative landscape (production houses, agencies, awards, etc.)

The Role: Marketing Manager This is a strategic leadership role for a marketing professional eager to define and implement dynamic marketing campaigns. REQUIREMENTS Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field 5 years of experience in a strategic marketing role Experience in retail, interiors, or design-oriented sectors is advantageous Experience with Social Pilot, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Google Business Suite (incl. Google Analytics) required Proven experience leading brand repositioning, multichannel campaigns, and digital strategy Strong analytical and project management skills Excellent communication and leadership skills DUTIES Refine and drive brand strategy to position the business as the premium choice. Lead the development and execution of multichannel marketing strategies (digital, traditional, in-store). Use market research and data to continuously refine messaging, campaigns, and audience targeting. Manage and evolve corporate identity and brand architecture. Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints. Plan, execute, and analyse brand and product campaigns aimed at trade and consumer audiences. Collaborate with sales and showroom teams to align marketing activities with business objectives. Own bi-annual Clearance Sale marketing strategyfrom creative direction to performance tracking. Oversee the companys digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing. Manage the execution of paid media campaigns in partnership with an external digital agency. Monitor and report on KPIs for digital performance and showroom traffic. Lead, mentor, and develop a small in-house team (designer and marketing coordinator). Manage external agencies across creative, advertising, digital, and communications functions where required. Develop clear briefs and ensure on-time, on-brand execution. Track and report on key marketing metrics, adjusting strategy where necessary based on performance. Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership: Design and implement a hospital-specific marketing strategy in line with Group objectives and budget Maintain an in-depth understanding of hospital clinical offerings to inform targeted messaging Provide communication support across internal departments and external stakeholders Stakeholder Engagement & Doctor Relations: Create and manage engagement strategies for GPs and Specialists to boost referral networks Plan and coordinate events, campaigns, and initiatives to build strong professional relationships Lead the recruitment and retention of doctors to support the hospitals growth Brand Communication & Media: Develop brand-aligned brochures, digital content, and patient information material Manage media communications and ensure a consistent hospital presence across platforms Oversee social media management and content creation to drive public awareness Market Insights & Analytics: Analyze hospital performance data and patient feedback to guide marketing decisions Stay informed on healthcare trends and competitor activity to refine strategies Prepare reports and insights to inform hospital leadership and adapt campaigns accordingly Minimum Requirements A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications Minimum 3 years experience in a similar marketing or communication role Experience in doctor recruitment and engagement (advantageous) Previous healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools Must have own transport and be willing to travel Key Competencies Collaboration & Relationship Building Problem-solving & Judgement Resilience Verbal & Written Communication Influencing Customer Responsiveness Organisational Awareness Excellence & Quality Orientation Ethical Conduct Attention to Detail Strategic Decision Making
