Job Summary
Location: Pretoria – Irene
Salary: R50 000 – CTC per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
Vacancy Type: Full-Time
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software and Excel
- Strong office administration skills
Beneficial requirements:
- Proven ability to manage office operations and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Duties and responsibilities:
Oversee all financial functions of the business and handle day-to-day office management. This dual role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Manage and report on company finances, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits
- Coordinate general office administration, resources, and staff support
