Personal assistant to the director David Otto- CEO Tellco(Pty) LtdLooking for a energetic, vibrant & enthusiastic lady that is capable to work under pressure and is eager to learn an grow with Tellco(Pty) Ltd in the telecommunications industry.Forming apart of Tellco and being a part of one of the largest service providers to Huawei, MTN & Vodacom throughout South Africa in Telecommunications.This position is responsible for all administrative support activities and effective coordination of the CEOs office. The key focus areas are as follows.-Personal assistant support to CEO-Administration and office support to CEO (and at times the EXCO team, Davey Otto, Mike Otto, Nico Campher-As well as dealing with new daily developments, Prioritized Team Matrix & keeping teams updated on schedule & Managing and keeping daily diary, updates to the director. -Creating new project cluster team allocation and arranging site access and managing and progressing results & performance.-Training will be provided by the Tellco. Cleaning the Office and surrounding area, & Assisting David Otto (Managing Director) with all office based duties will also form a part of daily routine. -A company phone and laptop will be provided. An NDA & POPI act needs to be signed before the candidate can start working. Working Hours will be from 8am to 5pm – Mon – Fri. Salary to be discussed on interview. Financial function attending coms & aligning with Auditor and processing Sage with Slips, Invoices.
