Job Summary
- Oversee general ledger management, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Manage and control fixed assets and budgeting processes
- Drive audit preparation, ensure financial governance and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate across departments, interpreting and presenting financial data to both finance and non-finance teams
- Lead and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and development
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
About You:
- CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years post-articles experience in a finance function (excluding articles)
- Exposure to the financial services sector is essential
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams
- Comfortable working under pressure with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
