Assist with managing all projects being rolled out and assist the relevant team leaders Assist with active project planning and follow-up Assist with improving company processes, reports and follow ups Monitor, track and manage the companys ticketing system, whilst also assisting and maintaining the relevant reports Assisting and ensuring a smooth roll out for the updated ticketing system as per company requirements Maintain detailed reports per department in order to keep track of every major project Manage and ensure all projects are on track and assist with the roll out in bigger departments Create, manage and maintain the main overall operations report for Management Assist the Operations Manager with all urgent tasks to ensure deadlines are met Assist with all adhoc duties and admin in shared support and Store Openings Assist with emergencies in the department when they emerge or requested to do so
