Job Summary

A relevant qualification in logistics, operations management or a related field will be advantageous. Matric (Grade 12) Manage and oversee all Cold Store, Dispatch, and Logistics operations. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures and standards at all times. Ensure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in daily operations. Maintain discipline within the department, managing performance, conduct, and attendance of all employees. Provide strong leadership and guidance to employees across all shifts. Maintain optimal workflow and cold chain integrity throughout all dispatch and receiving activities. Ensure accurate recordkeeping, stock management, and coordination with relevant departments. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Report directly to the National Logistics Manager
