A well established law firm is currently recruiting for a Receptionist in the Tygervalley areaIn this role the Receptionist will ensure professional duties such as being the first point of contact in the office, seated at the entrance of the office and doing a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, Responsible for answering phones calls, making photocopies, distributing mail, signing for packages, and general office upkeep.Responsible for attending to the Post Office and Banking on a daily basisResponsible for phoning the clients to inform them of their t/deeds or SMS or courier documentsMinimum Requirements:MatricMin 5 years experience as a Receptionist within a reputable law firm Drivers Licence & Own VehicleApplicants who meet the criteria are invited to submit their CV please use relevant reference number (MAN: REC058EC)Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
