If you live and breathe our values – Teamwork, Respect, Innovation, Accountability, Passion, and Integrity – we want you on our journey!</p><div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%" /></div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p> <strong>Guest Interaction & Hosting</strong><br />Provide a seamless, personalised experience for all guests by building relationships, remembering names, and ensuring every request is met with warmth and efficiency.</p><p> <strong>Lobby & Public Area Presence</strong><br />Be a constant, welcoming presence in the lobby and public areas, ensuring cleanliness, music, ambience, and overall presentation are at their best.</p><p> <strong>VIP & Group Coordination</strong><br />Personally welcome VIPs, groups, and crew arrivals with tailored check-ins, room allocations, and thoughtful touches such as room drops and turndowns.</p><p> <strong>Guest Profiling & Communication</strong><br />Manage guest profiles, pre-arrival WhatsApp communication, and departure follow-ups. Ensure information is updated for future stays and shared across departments.</p><p> <strong>Requests & Complaints Management</strong><br />Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and special requirements, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.</p><p> <strong>Travel Desk Liaison</strong><br />Coordinate with travel partners to curate, plan, and book tours, transfers, and Cape Town experiences. Maintain accurate daily records and service provider relationships.</p><p> <strong>Operational Support</strong><br />Assist with Opera system functions including check-ins, check-outs, reports, and room allocations.
