Location: Centurion (Hybrid)
Non-negotiables: 3+ years’ experience with C# and SQL Server

? Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Equivalent experience will also be considered
Requirements
- Technical Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience with C#
- Proven expertise in SQL Server: writing queries, stored procedures, functions
- Comfortable in Windows Server environments
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team
? Key Performance Areas (KPA’s)
- Software Development
- Design, code, and maintain software solutions using C#
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of software products
- Database Development
- Write optimized SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures in SQL Server
- Handle complex data operations with precision and efficiency
- Collaboration
- Liaise with business and technical teams to transform requirements into solid, maintainable code
- Participate in regular team meetings, planning sessions, and reviews
- Maintenance & Support
- Perform application support post-deployment
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize codebase as needed
- Continuous Improvement
- Suggest and implement improvements in application architecture and coding practices
- Stay updated with new tools and best practices
