An established mining group is seeking a forward-thinking Management Accountant to shape the future of their operations. This is a strategic role where you will partner with leadership, translate financial insights into actionable plans, and support the business in achieving long-term growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver management reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to guide executive decision-making.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and cost efficiencies across mining operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
• 3+ years’ experience in management accounting, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and influence at a senior level.
• Proven track record of driving strategy and business performance.
