Key Responsibilities Develop and manage merchandise plans across retail and e-commerce channels Forecast sales and stock levels to support product availability and turnover Analyse performance data to guide buying and replenishment decisions Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies Monitor product lifecycle and manage markdowns and promotions Use planning systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, JDA) to optimise inventory and sales Requirements Bachelors degree in Retail, Supply Chain, or Business 3 years experience in retail planning or merchandise planning Strong analytical and Excel skills Experience with ERP or planning systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Homewares or lifestyle retail experience is a plus Whats in it for you?
