• Completed Matric with a strong interest in pursuing an accounting/tax career; OR
• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-year Accounting / Tax / CIMA students; OR
• Graduates (Degree/Honours) looking to continue/transfer their articles; OR
• Candidates with Tax Honours or those planning to specialise in Tax and complete their Honours in the future – would be an advantage but not a must

 
Duties will include but is not limited to:

• Capture transactions in accounting records
• Perform reconciliations
• Perform bookkeeping to balance sheet
• Prepare financial statements
• Perform tax calculations and complete tax returns
• Complete VAT submissions and calculations
• Perform general accounting functions
• Assist managers with various client matters, including administrative work
• Payroll duties
• PAYE calculations and submissions
• CIPC registrations, queries, and submission

Exposure:
You will work with clients across various industries, gaining diverse experience and building a solid foundation for your professional career.

• Must be completing B. Com (SAIPA) Accounting Degree end of December 2024 / completed honours degree
• Pastel, Sage One, Draftworx experience would be highly beneficial
