<p><strong>Luxury Lodge</strong> in the <strong>Hoedspruit</strong> area is looking for a <strong>HR Administrator.</strong></p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>Maintaining and updating staff files</p><p>Minute taking at hearings and other forum meetings</p><p>Coordinating training in conjunction with external training providers</p><p>Capturing all training completed</p><p>Assisting HODs with setting up shortlists and interviews for recruitment</p><p>Capture leave and other payroll</p><p>Answer HR queries and confirmation of employment queries</p><p>Assist with generating UIF forms</p><p>To liaise with manager to report anomalies, variances and new ideas for improvements</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Grade 12</p><p>HR / other Qualification</p><p>5+ years experience in a lodge environment would be an advantage</p><p>Previous experience in an administrative environment would be an advantage</p><p>Advanced Computer Skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Word</p><p>Highly developed organisational skills</p><p>Developed prioritising and planning skills</p><p>Attention to detail must be an innate skill</p><p>Ability to work under pressure and on several projects simultaneously</p><p>Good writing skills</p><p>Good communication and People skills</p><p>Flexibility</p><p>Collaboration and communication skills when liaising with all Management / Directors</p>
