Job Purpose:
Provides support in the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent website, email, and social media presence.
 
Main Responsibilities:
·        Support the Marketing Manager with the marketing plan.
·        Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across the website, email, and social media.
·        Maintain and update the company’s corporate and e-commerce websites using CMS tools.
·        Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization efforts.
·        Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms.
·        Support email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
·        Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics and others.
·        Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop engaging marketing materials for various marketing channels.
·        Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and suggest new strategies to improve performance.
 
Qualifications And Experience:
·        Matric/Grade 12
·        1–3 years expected
·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
·        Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Magento, WordPress).
·        Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
·        Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
·        Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor)
·        Experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
·        Strong graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
·        Video editing skills would be a bonus.
·        Previous work experience in a digital marketing role.
·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·        Excellent organization and time management skills.
·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·        Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
·        Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
