SKINCARE TRAINER needed in Joburg Description: The primary function of this vacancy is to present education training, modules and assist with planning, managing, and facilitating programs, manuals, and education platforms . Qualification in Beauty/ Skincare & or Aesthetics with strong Beauty /Skincare ingredient knowledge. MUST have a CIDESCO, ITEC & or SAASHB Certificate. Assessors & or Facilitators qualification (BONUS). Train-the-Trainer BONUS 2 5 years of work experience in a Skincare Trainer role. MUST have Selling Skills. MUST have Skincare knowledge. Ability to be on the road conducting in-store training. Develop and Deliver Training Programs. Conduct Product Demonstrations. Provide Hands-on Instruction. Educating clients and professionals on Skincare Practices, Treatments, and Products through developing and delivering training programs. MUST be able to do product demonstrations, assess skin conditions, create personalised regimens, and provide hands-on training in various settings. MUST have clear experience in a Skincare Trainer role. MUST have a valid driver’s license & own a reliable car. MUST be able to travel to clients to conduct training. MUST be highly presentable & well-groomed (you are the face of the company). MUST be punctual, timely and have strong presentation skills. Confident with Virtual Education presentations such as ZOOM for International clients. Communication (reading, writing, and speaking) is of utmost importance. English is mandatory.
