Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Finance Leadership – Oversee cash flow, funding structures, and capital allocation to ensure business sustainability and growth
- Operational Partnership – Work closely with operations to boost profitability, efficiency, and cost optimisation, while influencing key strategic decisions
- Full Finance Function Oversight – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to deliver timely, accurate insights that drive business performance
- Risk & Compliance Champion – Strengthen governance through robust internal controls and ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Planning & Execution – Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives and drive execution of projects and process improvements
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in Manufacturing or FMCG
- Deep knowledge of stock, supply chain, and costing principles
- A resilient, confident leader who can influence stakeholders at every level
- Willingness to travel as required across operations
