Cape Town City Centre: Group Financial Manager

Youll be involved in Board-level decision-making , JSE exposure (ideal to have, but not required) , and drive cash flow and treasury strategy with precision. Whats in it for you? Key Responsibilities: Full ownership of group consolidations , including monthly reporting and variance analysis across business units. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with operational heads. Oversee and improve cash flow planning , treasury management , and working capital optimisation. Support compliance, audit, and JSE-related processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) designation non-negotiable. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role, ideally within group structures . Solid exposure to consolidations, budgeting, cash flow and treasury functions . Industry exposure in manufacturing or publishing preferred. Advanced Excel ; and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro, or similar). JSE exposure is a strong advantage. Apply now!
