Overall Job Description:
Manages the overall operational accounting domain of the property, collates, analyses, and summarizes key financial and operational information from all owned entities all owned and managed property.
Submit monthly payroll information to General manager for approval Month end Trial balance and month end packs management report and TV pack Update pastel with suppliers invoice, bank movements, payments, depreciation journal, prepayments, provisions, depreciation journals, provisions, accruals, and payroll Monthly forecast and cash flow Monthly balance sheet and suppliers reconciliation Maintain assets register and depreciation file Update daily revenue journals and account for in pastel Approve and check weekly revenue forecast before submitting to aha Assist General Manager on all financial and operating issues Weekly cash flow and loading of approved payments Complete annual budget Submit all statutory returns VAT, UIF, ROE, and EMP501 information to SARS and other statutory bodies Liaison with year end statutory audits Liaison with Group Human Resources Depart for complaints Balance sheet Reconciliation Ensuring Stock files are up to date and monthly stock takes are performed Managing the outstanding debtors and creditors of the property Developing and managing financial systems/models
