REMOTE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT FOR A US BASED WORKSHOP R25000.00 Our client Beacon Auto who has 13 branches in Chicago is looking for a female recruiter (HR candidates are welcome to apply) to do their in-house recruitment of staff such as mechanics, workshop managers, branch managers, admin staff etc. All adverts will be placed on Career Plug, the recruiter will then choose the most qualified person for the position, conduct the interview and send the chosen candidates cv’s to the owner who will then give the go-ahead to employ. They will also be involved in admin work as well as making contact with the branches on a daily basis as to their staff requirements. Over and above that, they will need to ensure that all business licenses are up to date. The ideal candidate must be a mature female with preferably dealership experience, and must be pro-active, and well spoken as they will be dealing with American candidates. Hours of work 3.00pm to 1.00am our time.
