Were looking for a dynamic Guest Relations Officer to deliver seamless, luxury guest experiences from arrival to departure. This is a key front-of-house role, ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism, warmth, and precision.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming & checking in/out guests

Assisting with itineraries, tours, bookings & transfers

Liaising across departments to ensure smooth service

Maintaining accurate guest information & profiles

Managing daily call logs, day sheets & handovers

Supporting Spa, Housekeeping & F&B teams when needed

Handling guest concerns with efficiency & care

Requirements:

Hospitality qualification (Certificate/Diploma)

23 yrs experience in a similar luxury role

Excellent admin & computer skills

Strong customer service orientation

Polished, professional, warm & outgoing

Extreme attention to detail

Reliable transport essential
