HR Talent & Development Partner Exclusive Game Reserve | Little Karoo, Western Cape

An exclusive world-class game reserve, just 3 hours from Cape Town in the heart of the Little Karoo, is seeking an exceptional HR Talent & Development Partner to join their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a passion for people, training, and luxury hospitality to play a pivotal role in shaping the reserves people culture and development journey.

Key Focus Areas:

• Full-spectrum Human Resources management across the reserve and lodge operations

• Training & Development: designing and delivering impactful L&D initiatives to upskill and grow talent

• Payroll Management: end-to-end processing with a preference for SAGE 300 People experience

• HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement aligned to hospitality best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or Organisational Psychology

• 5 years HR experience (preferably in luxury hospitality 5-star hotel or lodge)

• 3+ years Learning & Development experience with proven impact

• Payroll experience (SAGE 300 People preferred)

• Excellent understanding of South African labour legislation and HR practices

• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills

• Valid Drivers License
