??? ??????????? ??????????? has partnered with a leading Africa-based Destination Management Company, to recruit a detailed orientated ?????? ???????? ????? ????????? to join their team.

You will provide vital administrative support to the Senior Sales Consultant, ensuring smooth handling of confirmed safari bookings and backend file management. From handling supplier availability to formatting proposals and final documentation, your role will help streamline the booking process so the planners can focus on client service and itinerary design.

This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone passionate about luxury travel, eager to grow in the safari industry, and able to thrive in a fast-paced digital work environment.

• At least 5 years of experience in and administrative support position in the travel industry with a focus on African safari travel.

• Proven administrative, organisational, and time-management skills

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM or Safari Portal experience is an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• A proactive, resourceful, and service-minded individual

• Able to work independently in a fully remote setup with clear task tracking

• Strong interest in travel, Africa, and the safari industry

• Log and track new enquiries using internal CRM and folder systems

• Assist with availability checks, rate retrieval, and data input into costing templates

• Format, proofread, and organise draft itineraries and client documents

• Liaise with suppliers for availability and confirmations, and manage filing accordingly

• Support booking updates, document compilation, and final itinerary preparation

• Maintain and archive digital client files, invoices, and supplier record

• Flag key deadlines, outstanding documents, and reconciling post-travel admin

• Coordinate tasks and updates via digital task boards and internal systems
