Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with handling reservation enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms
  

• Input booking details into the reservations system with accuracy
  

• Learn and understand room types, lodge offerings, and seasonal rates
  

• Communicate booking information internally to ensure smooth guest experiences
  

• Provide friendly and professional support to guests and travel partners
  

• Help manage availability and support in maintaining up-to-date records
  

• Process confirmations and assist with provisional bookings
  

• Support general administrative tasks as needed
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a reservations, admin, or hospitality-related role
  

• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  

• Friendly, professional communication style (written and verbal)
  

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
  

• A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first approach
  

• Previous exposure to the travel or safari industry is a bonus
