Currently seeking for an experienced Omni-Channel Technical Team Lead who will take on the responsibility of managing our omni-channel technology stack, including oversight of our SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) technology stack and related technologies.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical solutions to enterprise problems. As the Technical Team Lead, you will be accountable for overseeing design patterns, libraries,

frameworks, and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience (5 years) as SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developer
• Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role within a technical environment
• Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture and development best practices
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, React Native and related technologies
• Solid understanding of e-commerce concepts and processes
• Experience managing an omni-channel technology stack
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) certification
• Experience with integration of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) with other enterprise systems
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Lead and manage a team of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developers, both onsite and offshore, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the technical team
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support the professional development of team members
• Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
