Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom CRM software solutions tailored to specific business and customer needs.
- Design, code, test, and debug software applications using languages and tools like C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business goals.
- Maintain and modify existing application code, SQL Server databases, and workflow scripts.
- Enhance existing CRM systems to ensure ongoing effectiveness and relevance.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve software-related issues.
- Create comprehensive documentation and user guides for software applications.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in CRM development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.), including a deep understanding of Out-of-the-Box (OOB) functionality prior to customization.
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse).
- Extensive experience with D365 customization and configuration (Tables, forms, views, charts, dashboards, workflows, solutions, security roles, etc.).
- Proficiency with REST APIs/Web API, OData, and SOAP for D365 integration.
- Strong experience in application development: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and MS SQL queries and report building.
- Strong experience with Plugins & custom workflow activities.
- Expert in technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
- Understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
- Strong customer-facing skills and demonstrated ability to function effectively in cross-functional teams across multiple business areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Fluent in English; French and Arabic are a plus.
