We’re looking for a skilled Senior Software Developer to take a leading role in building powerful, scalable digital solutions that directly impact the healthcare industry. In this role, you’ll design and architect cloud-based systems that streamline workflows, unlock data insights, and enable healthcare providers to work smarter and faster. You won’t just contribute code-you’ll help shape our engineering culture, guide junior developers, and bring structure and clarity to technical challenges that matter.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build enterprise-grade backend services using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET
• Develop responsive, dynamic front-end interfaces with Angular (v15+), JavaScript, and related technologies
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate complex business needs into reliable software
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Contribute to planning sessions and play a key role in sprint execution using agile methodologies
• Optimize performance and scalability for systems handling large-scale healthcare data
• Maintain clean, secure, testable code and support continuous integration efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong backend focus
• Deep understanding of C#, .NET Core, and web APIs
• Proficiency in Angular (v15 or newer), JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Solid command of SQL and database design; familiarity with ORM tools
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Passion for building software that solves real-world problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of professional development experience
• Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required
• Experience in the healthcare or healthtech sector is advantageous
